User Account And Licensing

First step to set up account is to choose a plan, enter a valid email address to receive a sign up completion link, when link is received through email user is to follow the link and complete sign up.

After sign up is completed, next is to pay for license and begin using the platform.

Usage Conditions

Every plan has expiration period and user (active subscriber) is required to renew one (1) week before expiration date.

Expiration And Renewal

Licensed account is per device, if dual devices are to be used support is to be notified prior that, however, this is not applicable to the commercial license.

Refund Policy

User is eligible for refund if unsatisfied with the program within 7 days, for refund kindly contact support and make request for refund providing email address linked to account.

Assigned Support

User can request an assigned agent who will guide him or her through their first use of the platform successfully and support them 24 hours and through the week. In event user wants change of assigned agent user is required to make the agent change request.

Carding Commissions (Fees)

Per each card or per transaction processed through the carding feature the system takes 10% of the funds; for example, if 100,000 is pulled off a card the system credits user's wallet with 90,000 after 10% which is 10,000 is deducted by the system.
